We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the inspection, and deliver your report. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with the seller or any third party except where strictly necessary to provide the service or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry and inspection records only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet any legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
